Her broad experiences include leading regional sales forces of 100+. to exceed all forecasts and expectations, new product introduction teams with customer driven ideation, the sales and marketing integration of an acquisition, global marketing teams to create a market focused efforts in key regions of the world, the creation of new businesses that generated millions of dollars in new revenue for both 3M and customers.
In addition to her professional work she is the Council Chair for a Women’s Shelter in Stillwater where she lives with her husband and two sons.
